Candle Care Tips:
- Let the wax pool fully on the first burn, no tunnelling on our watch!
- Trim the wick to 5mm before each light for a cleaner flame.
- Keep away from pets, kids, and exes.
- Never burn for more than 3 hours at a time. Your candle deserves a break too.
- Use a heatproof coaster to put your candle on.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days - because good things take time, but not that much time.

Returns:
Changed your mind? We get it—sometimes love fades. If your candle isn’t quite what you expected, you’ve got 14 days to let us know.
To be eligible for a return:
- It must be unused and in its original packaging (sniffing is fine, lighting is not)
- Email us at hello@sayitwithwax.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- Return postage is on you unless your item arrived damaged or faulty
