What are your candles made of?

Our candles are hand-poured using a soy wax blend - a cleaner, more sustainable alternative to paraffin.

We fragrance them with phthalate-free and paraben-free fragrance oils, so you get a beautiful scent without any of the nasties. Every single one is made by hand in Surrey, UK. 🕯️

How long do they burn?

Each candle gives you 25+ hours of burn time — that's a lot of cosy evenings. To get the most out of yours, follow our candle care tips below!

Are your candles vegan?

Yes! Our candles are 100% vegan. No beeswax, no animal-derived ingredients - just plant-based goodness.

How do I care for my candle?

We're glad you asked — a well-loved candle is a long-lasting candle. Here's how to treat yours right:

• Trim the wick to around 5mm before every burn. This keeps the flame steady and prevents soot.
• First burn matters most. Let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar on the first burn (usually 2–3 hours). This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn every time after.
• Don't burn for more than 4 hours at a stretch — give it (and yourself) a little break.
• Keep it away from draughts, direct sunlight, and curious pets.
• Stop burning when around 1cm of wax remains at the bottom.

How does shipping work?

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail, with rates calculated at checkout based on your order. And here's the good news — orders over £35 get free shipping. 🎉

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Once your parcel is on its way, Royal Mail will take it from there.

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet - we're currently UK only. But watch this space! We have big plans and international shipping is on our radar. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when we expand.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As our candles are handmade products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis - your happiness matters to us.

Do you plant trees? 🌳

Yes! We're proud to partner with the National Trust to plant a tree for every 50 candles sold. So every time you treat yourself (or someone else), you're helping to grow a little piece of the British countryside. Not bad for a candle, eh?

Is this good for gifting?

Absolutely - in fact, we'd say it's one of the best gifts going. Our candles come beautifully presented and make a thoughtful, premium gift for birthdays, housewarmings, thank-yous, or just because. Because sometimes people deserve nice things for no reason at all.
