So, you’ve made a brilliant choice and ordered a Say It With Wax candle—go you! Here’s what happens next:

🕯 Processing Time

Each candle is hand-poured in Surrey with soy wax, sarcasm, and love. Because we make them in small batches, please allow 2–3 working days for us to whip up your order and pack it to perfection.

🚚 Delivery Info

We currently ship within the UK only (sorry, world domination pending).

• Standard UK Shipping: Royal Mail Standard 48 – £3.95 (Free for orders over £40)

• Upgrade Me!: Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.95 (because sometimes you need it now)

Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking number so you can obsessively check its journey to your doorstep.

📬 Packaging

Your candle will arrive in a recyclable box, lovingly padded to survive the postal system’s mood swings. We don’t do unnecessary plastic—because the planet deserves better.

💥 Oops, Something Broke?

We wrap our candles like they’re fine china, but if something shows up damaged or you’re not 100% happy, drop us a line at hello@sayitwithwax.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll sort it quicker than you can say “accidental wax spill”.

📦 Returns?

Because of the custom nature of our products (names, snark and all), we only accept returns on damaged or faulty items. But if something’s not right, message us—we’re humans, not robots.
