Changed your mind? We get it—sometimes love fades. If your candle isn’t quite what you expected, you’ve got 14 days to let us know.

To be eligible for a return:

  • It must be unused and in its original packaging (sniffing is fine, lighting is not)
  • Email us at hello@sayitwithwax.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  • Return postage is on you unless your item arrived damaged or faulty
